To begin your custom order, a 50% deposit is required upfront. This deposit secures your order and allows us to begin the design and production process.
The remaining 50% balance will be due once your order is completed and ready for delivery or pickup. An invoice for the final balance will be sent at that time.
Production will begin once both the signed agreement and deposit have been received.
Please allow 10–14 business days for production. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Due to the custom nature of this order, all payments are non-refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your final product.
